So, I want to firm up. So I pulled out a DVD I purchased called FIRM. Its a pilates workout, to help sculpt and firm your body. The box even says within 10 workouts I will see results. Well Im on a mission. At least twice a week I am going to workout using this DVD, and I am also going to cut out all fast foods. I will post my meals per day, and Im also going to include walking as much as possible. Soooooo here I go. I'll tell you each day whats going on...
